The set up

Imagine being asked to construct an alphabet with real-life found objects. Now imagine being an organized hoarder who has multiple trinkets. All these items are part of my everyday life-- whether as room decorations, accessories, souvenirs from my travels, my lip balm, etc. They are all pieces of my identity that I have used to make my found-object alphabet. 

After a long process, I created "Yours Truly, José Manuel," -- a love letter to myself and my experiences.
